1. The prediluted format is supplied in a dropper bottle and is optimized for use in IHC. After epitope retrieval step (if required), drip mAb solution onto the tissue section and incubate at RT for 30 min.\. Flow Cytometry: 2-4 μg/million cells in 0.1ml,Immunofluorescence: 2-4 μg/mL,Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 5-10 μg/mL for 30 min at RT,Prediluted IHC only format: incubate for 30 min at RT (1)

- CD99 is a cell surface glycoprotein involved in leukocyte migration, T-cell adhesion, ganglioside GM1 and transmembrane protein transport, and T-cell death by a caspase-independent pathway. In addition, it may have the ability to rearrange the actin cytoskeleton and may also act as an oncosuppressor in osteosarcoma.
