Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg immunoprecipitates in vitro acetylated PCAF added to a 3T3 RIPA cell lysate. The immunoprecipitated PCAF was detected by subsequent immunoblot analysis using 1 μg/mL monoclonal anti-GST. -
