Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 55 kDa band observed in Human Lung and Mouse Brainlysates (calculated MW of 59.5 kDa according to NP_065068.1).

背景
- VANGL2 is involved in the control of early morphogenesis and patterning of both axial midline structures and the development of neural plate. It plays a role in the regulation of planar cell polarity, particularly in the orientation of stereociliary bundles in the cochlea.
