Peptide ELISA: 1/32000. Western blot: 1 - 3 μg/mL. Approx 40 kDa band observed in Human Heart lysates (predictedMW of 40 kDa according to NP_057615). Please note that the 40 kDa Band is sometimesaccompanied by a 80-90 kDa band of unknown identity.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
