应用备注
-
Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), Flo (50 μg/mL), ICC (10 μg/mL), WB (1 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL (w/ appropriate secondary reagents). Detection limit is ~10 ng/lane (non-reducing) and ~1 ng/lane (reducing). Flow Cytometry: 50 μg/mL and add 10 μL of the diluted solution to 1-2.5x10^5 HeLa cells in a total reaction volume 200 μL. The binding of unlabeled antibodies may be visualized by adding 10 μL of a 25 μg/mL stock solution of a secondary developing reagent such as anti-goat IgG (FITC). Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL detects human IRF3 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with PBS, 4 % paraformaldehyde for 20 min at RT and blocked with PBS, 10 % normal donkey serum, 0.1 % Triton X-100, and 1 % BSA for 45 min at RT. After blocking, cells were incubated with diluted primary antibody overnight at 4? C followed by fluorochrome-coupled anti-goat IgG at RT in the dark for one hour. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS, 0.1 % BSA. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL (w/ appropriate secondary reagents), detection limit is ~0.2 ng/well. -
