- Recognizes the human CD8 cell surface antigen, a 30/32kD glycoprotein expressed by the cytotoxic/suppressor subset of T lymphocytes and more weakly by NK cells. Species cross-reactivity: Clone 3H884 is reported to cross-react with Rhesus monkey and Cynomolgus monkey.
