Usage: Five x 105 Polymorphprep prepared human Granulocytes(PMN) per tube were pelleted and pre incubated 5 minutes with 20 μL of human IgG at 300 μg/mL (to reduce non specific binding) after which they were washed and incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 μL of anti-CD66b antibody(ANC1D5) at 10 μg/mL. Cells were washed twice and incubated with 50 μL of 2o reagent Streptavidin/PE, after which they were washed three times, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.66 log10 fluorescent units when compared to a Mouse IgG1/Biotin isotype control. Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated with an excess of unlabeled anti-human CD66b (ANC1D5) mAb. ELISA: Use for detection. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
