The SXC-1 antibody reacts with mouse interleukin-10 (IL-10). The immunogen used to generate the SXC-1 hybridoma was mouse IL-10. This is a neutralizing antibody. This antibody is routinely tested by ELISA detection. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature.
