- Detection of FITC-labeled antigens or antibodies. Capture antibody for FITC-labeled biopolymers. Can be enzyme-labeled for use as a secondary antibody for immunohistochemistry with FITC-conjugated mouse monoclonal antibodies. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
