Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and ELISA. Between each step, cells were washed with PBS containing 0.1 % BSA. ELISA (direct): 0.5-1 μg/mL. Detection limit for recombinant mouse vitronectin is ~3 ng/well.
