DS WB Results: Approx 95 kDa band observed in Human Liver lysates (calculated MW of 93.5 kDa according to NP_000578.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
DS IHC Results: Paraffin embedded Human Placenta and Adrenal Gland. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
