- This protein A purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 42 kDa in size corresponding to RNF34 protein by western blotting in the appropriate tissue or cell lysate or extract. Isoforms 1 and 2, which are equivalent in size, should both cross-react with this antibody.
