Flow cytometry: neat - 1/10, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Clone OJ79c (purified antibody) has been successfully used in ELISA and immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
