- Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Pepsin [Porcine stomach]. Cross reactivity against Pepsin from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.

Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and mostImmunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Pepsin [Porcinestomach] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purifiedanti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Rabbit) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonicacid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1: 3,000 to1: 11,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

- Store vial at 2-8 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20 °C or below. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This antibody is stable for one month at 2-8 °C as an undiluted liquid.
