Western blot (1/500-1/2,000 using ECL): Demonstrates a single band of approximately 32 kDa. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: Reacts with Human spleen, kidney and airwaybiopsies as well as pig arteries.
Other applications not tested.
