The human tissue blot is designed for proteomics research in screening for antibody and protein expression. It carries the cell line A549 (human lung carcinoma), and 3 different human lung tumor tissue lysates and matched normal lysates (from non-tumor lung tissue from near the tumor) with 15 μg of total cellular protein in each lane. Proteins were separated in 4-20 % SDS-PAGE gel and transferred onto nitrocellulose membrane. The lung tumor tissues included in the blot are 1 small cell carcinoma, 1 differentiated carcinoma, and 1 pleomorphic carcinoma.
Sample diagnosis: Tumor
Samples loaded: Lanes: 1: protein markers, 2: A549, 3: small cell carcinoma, 4: matched normal lung tissue, 5: differentiated carcinoma, 6: matched normal lung tissue, 7: pleomorphic carcinoma, and 8: matched normal lung tissue.
Quantity loaded per lane: 15 μg
Gel percentage: Gradient 4-20 %

应用备注
- For Western Blot, the blot can be blocked with 1 % BSA or 5 % nonfat dry milk for 1 hour. Incubation takes 30 minutes to two hours with primary antibody, and 30 minutes to one hour with secondary antibody at room temperature.
