纯化方法
- Buffy coat preparations are composed of leukocytes, trace amounts of red blood cells and other components. Buffy coat preparations are separated after a single low-speed centrifugation to remove the platelet rich plasma, buffy coat layer and erythrocytes (RBC). If desired, you may further purify this preparation of leukocytes by sedimentation using Percoll™ gradient centrifugation.
