Antigen Affinity Purified

Chickens were immunized with highly purified Cotton rat IgG and eggs were collected. Antibody was sold phase adsorbed to remove cross reactive antibody. Specific antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a Cotton Rat IgG containing immunosorbent. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.32 equals 1.0 mg of IgY.
