Background: Goat anti-human kappa (k) chain is a secondary antibody which binds to human kappa chain in immunological assays. Antibody is affinity purified using solid phase human kappa chain.
Additional information: Purity of this preparation is > 95 % based on SDS-PAGE. Antibody concentration is > 4.5 mg/mL (E 1 % at 280 nm = 13.0).This antibody isreactive to purified (free) Human Kappa chain, and it is also highly likely to react to kappa in the bound state.
