Goat anti-human IgG (H&L), Rhodamine (TRITC-tetramethylrhodamine-5-isothiocyanate) conjugated, is a F(ab) '2 fragment, of a secondary antibody which binds to human IgGs in immunological assasy. TRITC has Amax = 550 nm, Emax = 570 nm. Antibodies are adsorbed against bovine, mouse, rabbit serum and affinity purified. Antibody solution may contain small amounts of intact IgG.
