Restore with 1.0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent).

2.0 mg/mL

0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.14 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.4 with 10 mg/mL BSA (Immunoglobulin and Protease free) and 0.01 % Thimerisol.

Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Dilute only prior to immediate use
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.

储存方法

Store vial at 4 °C prior to restoration. For extended storage add glycerol to 50 % and then aliquot contents and freeze at -24 °C or below. This antibody is stable for one month at 4 °C as an undiluted liquid.
