Anti-Bovine IgG (heavy and light chain) Antibody is peroxidase conjugated and is suitable for immunoassays where specificity to bovine immunoglobulin is desired. Antibody has been tested by ELISA, western blot immunoblot, and immunohistochemistry. Optimal concentrations in immunoassays should be determined by the researcher. 背景
- Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75 % of serum immunoglobulins. Immunoglobulin G binds to viruses, bacteria, as well as fungi and facilitates their destruction or neutralization via agglutination (and thereby immobilizing them), activation of the compliment cascade, and opsonization for phagocytosis. This product possesses the F(ab) region possessing the epitope-recognition site, both heavy and light chains of the antibody molecule are present. Bovine IgG (H&L) Antibody Peroxidase Conjugated detects Bovine Immunoglobulin G. Immunoglobulin G, IgG, are antibody molecules. Each IgG is a hetereotetramer composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two F(ab) antigen binding sites.
