    Goat anti-Guinea pig IgG (H&L), ALP conjugated

    特异性

    The antibody recognizes elongation factor alpha 1 and alpha 2. This antibody reacts with the heavy chains on guinea pig IgG and with the light chains on all guinea pig immunoglobulins based on immunoelectrophoresis.

    Background: Goat anti-guinea pig IgG is a secondary antibody conjugated to ALP (alkaline phosphatase) which binds to all guinea pig immunoglobulins in immunological assays.

    Additional information: ALP conjugate is supplied in 30 mM Triethanolamine, pH 7,2, 5 mM Magnesium Chloride, 0,1 mM Zinc Chloride, 1 % (w/v) BSA, Protease/IgG free, 0,05 % (w/v) of sodium azide is added as preservative
