This product, aconjugated to Alkaline Phosphatase, is specific for human IgG (Fc). Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum, human IgG, human IgG (Fc) and human serum. No reaction was observed against human IgG F(ab')2.
