Flow Cytometry: < / = 0.2 μg/10^6 cells. Identification and enumeration of IgG2a+. Immunofluorescence Microscopy: Identification and enumeration of IgG2a+. ELISA. Also used as a second step reagent for mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibodies.

Other applications not tested.
Otimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
