Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-phycoerythrin, anti-goat serum, rat IgG, rat IgG F(c) and rat serum. No reaction was observed against anti-pepsin, anti-goat IgG F(c), rat IgG F (ab')2 or bovine, equine and human serum proteins.
