- Suitable for use in ELISA. By direct ELISA, 1:20.000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D. using alkaline phosphatase conjugated Rabbit anti-mouse Ig. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
