Antibodies were isolated from immune eggs, affinity purified on a human IgG column and conjugated to N- hydroxysuccinimide (NHS)-activated agarose beads. Beads were washed extensively after the blocking of the residual NHS sites.
The specific activity of the anti-HIgG-agarose was determined. For this lot, 1.0 mg human IgG bound per mL agarose. -
