原理
F(ab')2 Dog IgG (H&L) Antibody Biotin Conjugated
交叉反应 (详细)
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Rabbit Serum, Dog IgG and Dog Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Rabbit IgG F(c).
产品特性
F(ab')2 Antibody was generated by enzymatic cleavage and subsequent separation from the Fc fragment.
纯化方法
This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Dog IgG coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities, pepsin digestion and chromatographic separation.
Application Note: F(ab')2 Anti-Dog IgG Biotin Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms. Because of their smaller size, F(ab)2 fragments offer several advantages over intact antibodies for use in certain immunochemical techniques and experimental applications. F(ab)2 fragments penetrate tissue samples and show better antigen recognition and signal generation in IHC. F(ab)2 fragments lack the Fc region and therefore do not bind Fc receptors which effectively lowers background staining. F(ab')2 Antibody is ideal for investigators who routinely perform flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry or IHC and other immunoassays.
