- Application Note: Anti-Bovine F(c) Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate has been tested by ELISA. This product has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Bovine IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10 as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:500 to 1:2,500 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. - Secreted as part of the adaptive immune response by plasma B cells, immunoglobulin G constitutes 75 % of serum immunoglobulins. Immunoglobulin G binds to viruses, bacteria, as well as fungi and facilitates their destruction or neutralization via agglutination (and thereby immobilizing them), activation of the compliment cascade, and opsonization for phagocytosis.
