(Regenerating Islet-Derived Family, Member 4 (REG4))
Calcium-independent lectin displaying mannose-binding specificity and able to maintain carbohydrate recognition activity in an acidic environment. May be involved in inflammatory and metaplastic responses of the gastrointestinal epithelium (By similarity).
