    背景

VMIP-2 is a chemokine analog encoded by human herpes virus, and has been shown to have antagonist activity towards several chemokine receptors. Recombinant vMIP-2 is a 7.9 kDa protein consisting of 70 amino acids including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
Alternative Names: MIP 2, MIP2, Growth Regulated protein, MGSA beta protein, MIP-2 protein, MIP 2 protein, GRO2 protein, Melanoma Growth Stimulatory Activity protein, Viral Macrophage inflammatory Protein-2 protein, MIP-2, MIP-2 protein, CXCL2 protein
