- Mouse IL-2 R alpha, His Tag immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Mouse IL-2, His Tag with an affinity constant of 30.49 nM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200).,Mouse IL-2 on Bis-Tris PAGE under reduced condition. The purity is greater than 95%.,Measured in a cell proliferation assay using CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5-2 ng/mL.,The purity of Mouse IL-2 is greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.
