Dose response curve for Human GM-CSF R alpha, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 10.3ng/ml determined by ELISA (QC Test).,Human GM-CSF on Bis-Tris PAGE under reduced condition. The purity is greater than 95%.,The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependent stimulation of the proliferation of human TF-1 cells is 0.02-0.1 ng/mL (QC Test).,The purity of Human GM-CSF is greater than 95% as determined by SEC-HPLC.

背景
- Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), also known as colony-stimulating factor 2 (CSF2), is a monomeric glycoprotein secreted by macrophages, T cells, mast cells, natural killer cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts that functions as a cytokine. The pharmaceutical analogs of naturally occurring GM-CSF are called sargramostim and molgramostim.
