HLA-A11 is particularly prevalent in the Oriental ethnic group with an average frequency of about 16%, ranging from 1% to 42%, but is also present in Australasian Aboriginals and Caucasians. Endogenous peptides bound by HLA-A*11:01 are derived, for example, from Thymosin ß-10 or ribosomal proteins. - 产品特性
- HLAs are produced in mammalian cell cultures as recombinant, truncated, soluble antigens, in complex with β2-microglobulin (HLA class I). As part of our quality control, all HLA are analyzed for purity by gel electrophoresis, concentration is determined by ELISA (0.5 mg/ml) and their functionality is verified with a specific antiserum.
