Application Note: IL-27/p28 is suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-IL-27/p28 in immunological assays. Buffer Formulation: 10 mM sodium bicarbonate, pH 8.5.
Other Performance Data: Biological Activity: Mouse p28 biological activity was measured via dose-dependent inhibition of TGFß and IL-6-induced IL-17A expression in mouse CD4 splenocytes. 50 ng/mL of Mouse p28 is capable of inhibiting >25 % of IL-17A expression in this assay. no acceptance criteria limits established. Endotoxin Level: Measured by LAL is typically ≤ 1 EU/μg (with a 50 % confidence range).
