This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SPI1 antibody (Catalog #: ARP31421_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. SPI1 is known to collaborate with multiple transcription factors and to regulate expression of immunoglobulin genes. Lack of SPI1 expression is associated with defective immunoglobulin transcription in Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells of classical Hodgkin disease
