A synthetic peptide for use as a blocking control in assays to test for specificity of ZFYVE1 antibody, Alternative Names: ZFYVE1 control peptide, ZFYVE1 antibody Blocking Peptide, Anti-ZFYVE1 Blocking Peptide, zinc finger, FYVE domain containing 1 Blocking Peptide, DFCP1 Blocking Peptide, KIAA1589 Blocking Peptide, TAFF1 Blocking Peptide, ZNFN2A1 Blocking Peptide, ZFYVE1, ZFYVE-1, ZFYVE 1, ZFYVE-1 Blocking Peptide, ZFYVE 1 Blocking Peptide
ZFYVE1 contains two zinc-binding FYVE domains in tandem. This protein binds to phosphatidylinositol-3-phosphate (PtdIns3P) through its FYVE-type zinc finger. It displays a predominantly Golgi, endoplasmic reticulum and vesicular distribution. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene, and they encode two isoforms with different sizes.
