Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB)
  • 蛋白结构域

    Middle Region

    原理

    PPWD1 Peptide - middle region
  • 应用备注

Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.

    说明

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PPWD1 antibody ( ARP55238_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

    背景

Background Information: PPWD1 is a putative peptidylprolyl isomerase (PPIase). PPIases accelerate the folding of proteins. It catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of proline imidic peptide bonds in oligopeptides. PPWD1 may be involved in pre-mRNA splicing.
