实验流程
- anti-EBNA-1 EBV IgM is an enzyme linked imunosorbent assay. Reaction wells are coated with the nuclear antigen containing immunodominant epitopes of EBNA-1. Its immunoreactivity is increased by conjugation to a protein carrier. Anti-EBNA-1 EBV antibodies from serum samples bind to the immobilized antigens. The other serum antibodies do not bind and are washed away. If antibodies are present in the test samples, they will bind to the immobilized peptide. The bound antibodies then react in the next step with horseradish peroxidase-labeled anti-human IgM antibodies. The amount of bound labeled antibodies is determined by a color enzymatic reaction. Negative samples do not react, a slight change in the color of the wells is the background of the reaction.
