- The SensoLyte® GST Activity Assay Kit utilizes an optimized method for detection of enzyme activity in biological samples. The kit provides substrate for GST enzyme, which upon reaction with reduced glutathione yields a fluorescent glutathione adduct. This produces bright blue fluorescence that can be monitored at excitation/emission =390 nm/480 nm.
