- Reagents for capture and detection of The BD™ CBA Non-human Primate (NHP) Th1/Th2 Cytokine Kit can be used to quantitatively measure Interleukin-2 (IL-2), Interleukin-4 (IL-4), Interleukin-5 (IL-5), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF), and Interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma) protein levels in a single sample. The kit performance has been optimized for analysis of specific cytokines in tissue culture supernatants, EDTA plasma, and serum samples from rhesus, cynomolgus, baboon, or pigtailed macaque non-human primate species. In this kit, the antibodies are human-specific and the standards are recombinant human proteins. The antibodies are cross-reactive with non-human primate cytokines. Even though this kit uses recombinant human proteins and human-specific antibodies for the measurement of NHP proteins, measured relative values are reported in pg/mL. The kit provides sufficient reagents for 80 tests., wash buffer, assay diluent, cytometer setup reagents
