- The G155-228 antibody is specific for the hapten trinitrophenol (TNP), a hapten not expressed on non-human primate cells or non-human primate cell lines. In the absence of specific binding, this immunoglobulin may bind non-specifically to Fc receptors. This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested during antibody development only or reported in the literature.

纯化方法
- Tissue culture supernatant is purified by either protein A/G or affinity purification methods. Both methods yield antibody in solution that is free of most other soluble proteins, lipids, etc.
