SIRT1 activator

Sirtuin1 (SIRT1) activator, EC1.5 = 0.16 μM, that reduces glucose levels and hyperinsulinemia in mouse and rat models of obesity1. SRT1720 represses expression of circadian clock genes in vitro and in vivo2. It inhibits vascular inflammation caused by angiotensin II-induced atherosclerosis3 and reverses abnormal mitochondrial function in primary neurons exposed to 20-HETE4. Ameliorates hypoxic injury in pancreatic β-cells5, and enhances ferroptosis in head and neck cancer cells6.
