Approved: ELISA, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA or Western blots. A dilution of 1:100 for Western blots will yield a positive result with 0.2 μg of purified rabbit cytochrome P450 2B4 using HRP-conjugated rabbit anti-goat antibodies according to the manufacturer's instructions. Diluted serum can be used a minimum of three times. Optimum dilutions to be determined by researcher. -
