- Store cell lysis buffer at -20° C prior to opening. Buffer is stable for up to 2 years stored at -20°C. It is recommended to aliquot and freeze buffer for extended usage. Store thawed buffer at 2-8°C for no longer than 2 weeks. This product MAY be stable for up to two (2) weeks if properly stored and handled.
