产品特性
Key Benefits:
Predefined custom protein - from design to production - by highly experienced protein experts.
Protein expressed in mammalian cells and purified in one-step affinity chromatography
The optimized expression system ensures reliability for intracellular, secreted and transmembrane proteins.
State-of-the-art algorithm used for plasmid design (Gene synthesis).
This protein is a predefined protein and will be made for the first time for your order. Our experts in the lab try to ensure that you receive soluble protein.
If you are not interested in a full length protein, please contact us for individual protein fragments.
The big advantage of ordering our predefined custom proteins in comparison to ordering custom-made proteins from other companies is that there is no financial obligation in case the protein cannot be expressed or purified.
纯度
> 90 % as determined by Bis-Tris PAGE, anti-tag ELISA, Western Blot and analytical SEC (HPLC)
We expect the protein to work for functional studies. As the protein has not been tested for functional studies yet we cannot offer a guarantee though.

背景
Aldehyde oxidase 3 (EC 1.2.3.1) (Aldehyde oxidase homolog 1) (Azaheterocycle hydroxylase 3) (EC 1.17.3.-),FUNCTION: Oxidase with broad substrate specificity, oxidizing aromatic azaheterocycles, such as N1-methylnicotinamide and phthalazine, as well as aldehydes, such as benzaldehyde, retinal and pyridoxal. Plays a key role in the metabolism of xenobiotics and drugs containing aromatic azaheterocyclic substituents. Is probably involved in the regulation of reactive oxygen species homeostasis. May be a prominent source of superoxide generation via the one-electron reduction of molecular oxygen. May also catalyze nitric oxide (NO) production via the reduction of nitrite to NO with NADH or aldehyde as electron donor. {ECO:0000269|PubMed:11562361, ECO:0000269|PubMed:18981221, ECO:0000269|PubMed:21705476, ECO:0000269|PubMed:23019336}.
