    背景
    Drp1(Dynamin-related Protein 1) caused global morphological changes in mitochondrial outer membrane-like liposomes, but DLP1 or Drp1 did not stimulate BAXpermeabilizing function in the absence or presence of Bif-1. The human homolog is a GTPase that is necessary for peroxisome division [RGD]. Mitochondrial fragmentation in acute kidney injury involves the activation of mitochondrial fission via Drp1. Drp1 contains Ras_like_GTPase domain. The Ras-like superfamily of small GTPases consists of several families with an extremely high degree of structural and functional similarity.
