背景
- The CNOT6 gene encodes the CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 6 protein. The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the CCR4-NOT core transcriptional regulation complex. The encoded protein has a 3'-5' RNase activity and prefers polyadenylated substates. Synonyms: Monoclonal CNOT6 antibody, Anti-CNOT6 antibody, Carbon catabolite repressor protein 4 homolog antibody, CCR4 antibody, KIAA1194 antibody.
