- The protein encoded by this gene is a mitochondrial acyl-CoA thioesterase of unknown function. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. Synonyms: Polyclonal ACOT9 antibody, Anti-ACOT9 antibody, acyl-CoA thioesterase 9 antibody, ACATE2 antibody, CGI-16 antibody, MT-ACT48 antibody.
